Partner Program Terms
These terms explain how approved Huggie partners share coupons, disclose commissions, and receive payouts.

Approved partners only
The Huggie partner program is invite-only. You may access the partner portal only with the Google email approved by Huggie.
Huggie may approve, reject, pause, or end partner access at any time to protect users, the product, or the brand.
Coupon and attribution
Each approved partner receives a unique coupon or referral path. Only one partner can receive credit for a customer.
Huggie does not manually assign or reassign referrals after the fact unless Huggie decides an error, abuse, or fraud review requires correction.
Commission
Your dashboard shows the commission rate, customer discount, attribution window, posting target, and posting period approved for your partner account.
Commission applies only to eligible revenue Huggie attributes to your approved coupon or referral path during the approved revenue share period.
Commission may be adjusted, reversed, or withheld for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate attribution, fraud, policy violations, or mistaken ledger entries.
Payouts
Payouts are reviewed after month end and are currently handled through PayPal unless Huggie approves another method.
You are responsible for accurate payout details, PayPal fees, and any taxes, forms, or reporting that apply to your earnings.
Dashboard numbers are operational estimates until Huggie completes review and marks a payout as paid.
Required disclosures
When you recommend Huggie, you must clearly disclose that you may earn commission or receive partner compensation.
Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand near the recommendation or link, such as: "I may earn commission if you use my Huggie link or code."
Do not hide disclosures in a profile page, at the end of a long caption, behind vague hashtags, or anywhere a reasonable viewer is likely to miss them.
Marketing rules
Do not spam, buy fake traffic, create fake reviews, impersonate Huggie, make unsupported product claims, or suggest that Huggie guarantees relationship outcomes.
Do not use Huggie in unlawful, adult, hateful, deceptive, or abusive marketing contexts.
You may use approved Huggie links, coupon codes, and simple factual descriptions of the product. Ask Huggie before using paid ads, press claims, or modified brand assets.
Privacy and data
You may not sell, share, scrape, or misuse customer, waitlist, referral, or partner dashboard data.

Updates
Huggie may update partner terms as the program grows. We may require you to accept a new version before you continue using the partner portal.
