Using Huggie

Huggie builds tools for couples to message and call across languages. Some features may be waitlist-only, early, experimental, unavailable, or limited by location.

You must provide accurate information and use Huggie only for lawful, respectful, and non-abusive purposes.

Accounts and partner spaces

Huggie is intended for invited partners who choose to communicate with each other. You are responsible for keeping any account access secure and for activity under your account.

Do not invite, impersonate, or contact someone through Huggie without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use Huggie to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the service.

Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, illegal, adult, hateful, abusive, or harmful content or information.

Translation and product information

Huggie may provide real-time language translation, messaging, calling, and related safety tools. Translations may be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, or affected by network conditions and language support.

Huggie is not an emergency service, legal service, medical service, or professional translation certification service.

We try to describe Huggie accurately, but early product details, availability, features, pricing, discounts, and partner offers may change.

Intellectual property

Huggie owns the Huggie brand, website, product experience, code, content, and materials except where another owner is identified.

You may not copy, resell, or misuse Huggie assets without written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

Huggie is provided as available. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, translated perfectly, or available in every language or country.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Huggie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as Huggie grows. Continued use of Huggie after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
